Product design and prototyping work that shaped the new Microsoft 365 Copilot experience. This work was part of the redesign featured in Microsoft’s “Introducing a new design for Microsoft 365 Copilot” article, and focused on making Copilot interactions more usable and expressive through tighter UI patterns, richer response behaviors, and clearer interaction affordances.

1. prototyped and refined core interaction patterns used in the updated M365 Copilot experience
2. explored response composition and interface details to improve clarity, speed, and confidence during everyday tasks
3. partnered across design and engineering to validate concepts quickly through high-fidelity, production-minded prototypes
