Projects I've contributed to.

  • Fluent Repos - system-icons, emoji, emoji-animated
Code and asset repositories that I've maintained for the Fluent Design System at Microsoft. Icon merges are completed religiously every two weeks.
  • Icon Scaling Tool
Publically available Figma plugin that let's users scale their icons and export them in SVG and PDF types. I maintain and add new features. It's currently used by our designers at Microsoft to export iconography to the public and to other internal teams.
  • Flubert
Internal Figma at Microsoft that allows designers to use an LLM to analyze UI/UX in Figma. The LLM adheres to guidelines and principles of the Fluent Design System. I worked on creating an index trained on metaphors for Emoji and Icons.
  • Fluent Emoji Website
Not maintained. Project for our UXE 2023 summer intern for the Fluent Design Studio. Contributed to the sites main functionality and helped manage it's progress to ensure our intern's success.
  • GOT 'EM
Weekend hack, and still running somehow. Nike SNKRS meme generator. I'm not sure if the "GOT 'EM" page has been updated since I made this site. If I could build dumb meme generators for the rest of my life, I'd be a happy man. I enjoyed deconstructing the success page and letting people create their own versions of it. Wrote about it here.
  • xComp Analytics
Worked on a small team to build a software suite for Eastern Carolina University. The suite was designed to help students and faculty track their progress and success in their academic careers. I worked on the front-end and back-end of the project.
  • Hire Harlem
Defunct. A project that I volunteered dev time to while I lived in the Bay Area. Hire Harlem was a website that spotlighted minority-owned businesses in Harlem, NY, and Oakland, CA. I wrote about the site redesign here.
